Littoral premiere: Hotel Alkohol (Jan Cvitkovič) + talk

The Libertas film programme christens the Large Hall with the Littoral premiere of the new Slovenian feature film Hotel Alkohol. The film journey begins in Idrija and heads towards the sea, but… “My life has been closely intertwined since childhood with people with special needs, alcoholics, mental patients and addicts. Unusual people. I want to bring their world closer to people and demystify it – in a serious way, laced with comic elements, because I believe taboos are broken through the prism of intelligent humour,” says screenwriter and director Jan Cvitkovič. The screening at the Libertas Festival is followed by a conversation with the filmmakers – besides Cvitkovič, actors Gregor Baković, Ivo Barišič and Mojca Fatur. 📅 Thursday, 29 October 2026, 7:00 PM 📍 Libertas, Large Hall, Koper 🎟️ Tickets will soon be on sale at Eventim.
