Piran Music Stage: Terrafolk

Terrafolk blends folk music with elements of classical, rock and world music in its own distinctive way. The group approaches tradition playfully and unconventionally, while maintaining respect for the original material. They are known for energetic performances where humour and improvisation play an important role. Their distinctive style was recognised in 2003 with the international BBC World Music Award.
