Gušti Merkata – Grand Finale

The popular "Gušti merkata" gastro gathering reaches its grand finale on 18 September at the city market in Poreč. Visitors can expect Istrian flavours, local producers and a pleasant get-together in the special atmosphere of the Poreč market. For the closing edition, a proper little Istrian feast is being prepared: two traditional Istrian menus – gnocchi in sauce, and sausages, pork loin and cabbage. KJ Pastry will provide a sweet finish, while Destilerija Aura's brandies and wines from the Brčić and Terzolo wineries complete the drinks offer. "Gušti merkata" was created to revive the city market as a place for meeting, socialising and new experiences, while promoting Istrian gastronomy, local products and producers.
