6. Bembo Fest – «Istrian on Tinder»

Love, family and Tinder in an Istrian comedy. Teatar Naranča is a guest at the 6th Bembo Fest with the hit comedy Istrian on Tinder, a humorous story that combines family relationships, modern love habits and inevitable misunderstandings in a distinctively Istrian way. The plot follows young Massimo from the small Istrian village of Cunculići who has no luck finding a girlfriend. While his family increasingly reminds him of his age, expectations and the "right time" for marriage, Massimo decides to do something that will cause a real surprise in his village - open a profile on Tinder. What follows is a series of humorous situations, family intrigues and unexpected twists that lead the audience through an evening filled with laughter. The play is written by Goran Mihovilović, directed and adapted by Majkl Mikolić, who, along with Vlatka Rubil, interprets all the colorful characters of this comedy. The performance will take place on Thursday, August 6th at 9pm, at Trg Tomaso Bembo in Bale, as part of the 6th Bembo Fest program. Admission is free.
