Free Workshop: Traditional Istrian Dishes Along the Šavrinke Routes

The Educational and Gastronomic Centre of Istria opens the season with a free cooking workshop with chef Mauricio Pulić. Participants cook traditional Istrian dishes, ask questions and pick up ideas for their own table; no experience needed.
