18th INTERNATIONAL PROSCIUTTO FAIR – ISAP TINJAN 📅 16–18 October 2026 📍 Tinjan, Istria, Croatia For three days, Tinjan will be all about one thing – prosciutto! 🐖❤️ From 16 to 18 October, the 18th International Prosciutto Fair (ISAP) will bring together more than 20,000 visitors, offering top-quality prosciutto, Istrian gastronomy, local products, wine, live music and plenty of entertainment. One of the highlights of ISAP is the opportunity to taste prosciutto from different parts of the world, each with its own geographical origin, tradition and production methods. 🏆 GUINNESS WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT Friday, 16 October, will be a special day!
