The free interactive lecture "Only a Mother Who Is Well Can Be a Good Mother" for all mothers takes place on Monday, 16 November 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Croatian Sausage House in Sveti Petar u Šumi. The speaker is Boris Blažinić, Professor of Psychology. Being a mother is one of life's most beautiful, yet most demanding roles. Everyday challenges, countless responsibilities and caring for others often leave little time for what matters just as much – taking care of yourself. The lecture focuses on parenting challenges, understanding our own emotions and setting healthy boundaries. It is a chance to reflect, share experiences and gain useful insights for everyday parenting. Because taking care of yourself is not selfish – it is an important part of taking care of your family.
