Brodet Cup Fažana

The Brodet Cup is a cooking competition for brodet – traditional Istrian fish stew, a symbol of the Adriatic coast's culinary heritage. Teams of cooks compete to prepare the best brodet according to traditional recipes, with a jury and the public judging taste, aroma and presentation. Visitors can sample all competing brodets and vote for their favourite. The festival is accompanied by music, local wine tastings and fish gastronomy.
