Guided Tasting – Cheese and Wine Pairing

📅 On Sunday, September 20, starting at 7 PM, a guided tasting of CHEESE AND WINE PAIRINGS will take place. 🧀🍷 The tasting will present 6 courses of award-winning cheeses and dairy products from this year's exhibitors at the 14th Cheese Festival, paired with some of the finest Istrian wines! Alongside the cheeses, specially created gastronomic delicacies by Karin Rupena Perdec, with an emphasis on cheese, will be served 🧀. 🏰 The tasting will be held in the tasting room of the Morosini Grimani Castle in Svetvinčenat and will be led by sommelier Emil Perdec. 📩 The number of places is limited and registrations are accepted until filled, by e-mail at info@tz-svetvincenat.hr no later than Thursday, September 17. 🎟 The fee for the guided tasting is €30 per person. 🧀 See you at the 14th Cheese Festival 🍷
