Fužijada – Fuži Pasta Festival

Kanfanar's favourite food festival returns, with fuži – the queen of Istrian pasta – in the spotlight. Fuži are prepared with various sauces, and chefs Stjepan Vukadin and Antonio Brajković show off their skills in a cooking show. The programme starts at 5:30 PM on Kanfanar's main square, with cocktails, Istrian wines, a kids' corner and photo points. In the evening, Novi fosili and Srebrna krila take the stage with timeless hits for dancing and singing late into the night.
