One of the largest folk festivals in Istria, Kanfanar's Jakovlja, will be held on the last Saturday in July, on the feast of St. James. The central part of the event is the Istrian ox festival (boškarina), and the rich cultural, entertainment and sports program will end with a concert by Željko Bebek in the evening hours on Saturday.
