PEKINŠKA PATKA + TBA -------------------- SATURDAY 30.05.2026. / 9pm Ticket presale: www.kotac.eu Earlybird 1: 15e Earlybird 2: 18e Doors: 22e DC Rojc, Klub Kotač, Gajeva 3, Pula. ------------------------------------ PEKINŠKA PATKA One of the most important and influential bands of the regional punk and rock’n’roll scene, the legendary Pekinška Patka, is coming to Pula as part of a mini tour symbolically named “Poderimo rock”. The concerts will take place on May 28 in Zabok, May 29 in Kranj and May 30 in Pula. Pekinška Patka is not just a band - it is the foundation, the spark and the explosion that launched the punk wave in the former Yugoslavia in the late 70s. Their appearance marked a radical break with the previous rock aesthetic and opened the door to a new, raw and uncompromising musical energy. That is why Patka still holds a key place in the history of regional music, as a pioneer who defined the sound and attitude of the generations that came after. Founded in Novi Sad in 1978, out of the need for simple, direct and honest music, they quickly became a symbol of rebellion, youthful frustration and social provocation. Their eccentric and often scandalous performances shocked the establishment, but at the same time they created a loyal audience that recognized their own voice in their songs. Timeless hits such as “Bolje da nosim kratku kosu” and “Biti rujan, pametan i mlad” have remained generational anthems to this day, while their albums “Plitka poezija” (1980), “Strah od monotonije” (1981) and later comeback materials confirm their status as a cult band. Punks are roaring again, with a strong, rejuvenated lineup consisting of: Sreta (guitar), Cila (drums), Sava (guitar), Igor (bass guitar) and Kefa (vocals). Led by original members Sreta and Cila, the band brings together a new generation of musicians who carry the legacy of Patka with equal fervor and pass it on. The "Poderimo rock" tour is not just a series of concerts - it is an invitation to return to the authentic energy, rebellion and togetherness that punk has always carried. See you in the front rows. The project is co-financed by the City of Pula.
