Family Constellations - Workshop

Family constellations reveal hidden dynamics, unconscious loyalties, entanglements, destructiveness, inherited patterns within family systems - which may still be affecting your life. When what was hidden is finally SEEN - something changes. There is resonance among group members and every constellation we set will connect with the hidden memories of the ancestors in the group. Regardless of whether you participate as an observer, a representative or setting the constellation - EVERYONE benefits. Everyone present participates in the constellation work and very often through "someone else's" constellation we get exactly the insights we need at that moment. Every topic set within the group touches everyone in that group in some way. People often say after the workshop: "It's like I was watching my own story. I didn't set the constellation, but I got the answer to my questions." Just participating in the workshop is already "your" work and everyone gets exactly what they need at that moment. Bert Hellinger, the founder of this work, often emphasized that we can gain much more when we do NOT set our own topic for work, than when we "just" observe or are representatives in the work of other people, because then our subconscious is much more open to learning and receiving. When we are focused on our problem, the conscious mind is often too involved, so we sabotage or try to accelerate the healing of the soul. And the constellations are - Work with the Soul. I learned the longest from Marina Toledo, my mentor with whom I completed my training, who studied directly with Bert and Sophie Hellinger for 7 years.
