Small Antiques and Old Crafts Fair: Hand-Weaving on a Loom

Biserka Vranić, a skilled weaver from Pula who has practiced this oldest textile technique since her youth, will demonstrate the art of hand-weaving on a loom. Under the Biba Tkanje brand, she makes hand-woven scarves from 100% cotton thread and decorative bands from natural materials. Visitors will learn about the process of hand-weaving on a floor loom – from setting up the warp to interlacing threads with the shuttle. Thursday, 17 September 2026, Trg Valdibora.
