Vladimir Film Festival in Fažana is an international short film festival celebrating independent cinema and an experimental approach to film expression. The festival screens short films and animations from around the world, with an emphasis on authorial visions that don't fit the mainstream. The programme includes screenings, meetings with directors, workshops and an audience award. Fažana, a fragrant fishing village by the Pula bay, is the perfect backdrop for this unique film event.
