STREET FOOD AND GASTRONOMIC SPECIALTIES Serving up delicious bites: • Half 8 – Foodie Burger with beef, onion and bacon jam, horseradish mayonnaise, cheese, crispy onions and pickles; Street Style Burger; and chicken on flatbread with tzatziki. • Konoba Nino – an Istrian platter with prosciutto, cheese and pancetta. • Marina & Hotel Nautica – gnocchi with game meat. • Kod Marice – fish stew with polenta, fried red mullet, baked scallops and fried Adriatic calamari. • Pelagius Novigrad – black squid ink risotto, truffle pasta, pasta with pumpkin, pancetta and chestnuts, pasta with bay scallops or beef goulash, and Istrian ciabatta. • Zakaroo by Aminess – pancakes with Lino Lada or jam, bubble waffles, ice cream scoops and chestnut and apple cake. WINE POINT Discover wines from Novigrad's winemakers: Demark, Ghira, Moreno Ivančić, Pervino and Leonardo Palčić.
