Matejeva Cere 2026 – Grand Humanitarian Concert

This year, Cere once again invites everyone to come together for several days of community, good food, music, friendship and, most importantly, a meaningful humanitarian cause. From 21 to 26 September 2026, Matejeva Cere 2026 will take place in Cere, organised by the Parish of St. Matthew Cere and the St. Matthew Cere Youth Association, with the Municipality of Žminj as co-organiser. All proceeds will support the needs of the Caritas of the Parish of St. Matthew Cere. Funds will be collected for Mary's Meals and missions, families and individuals supported by the parish Caritas, the association "Naš san njihov osmijeh" and others who need help. The goal is simple and heartfelt – to come together, do something good and bring a smile back to the faces of children and those who need our help the most. --- SATURDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2026 Saturday brings the main programme and the central humanitarian gathering. There will be a rich selection of food, including čobanac, beans and ćevapi, as well as a tombola. The evening's music will be provided by Tu i Tamo Band and DJ Zlajo. 20:00 – Performance by the Cere Folklore Society and Rapčići Kindergarten The youngest performers and members of the folklore society will open the evening programme and add a special touch to this community celebration. 20:30 – Grand Humanitarian Concert The highlight of Saturday evening will take place in the event tent at the football field. Admission to the concert is free! Come for the music, good company and atmosphere, but above all, come for the opportunity to be part of a meaningful humanitarian story.
