1st Istrian Film Marathon – Film from Morning to Tomorrow (Day 2)

Day 2 of 2: Friday, 6 November 2026, 9:00 AM – 10:40 PM (first day: Friday, 30 October 2026) 1. ISTRIAN FILM MARATHON – FILM FROM MORNING TO TOMORROW! Two days from morning until late evening, 30 films, 30 authors and a great film story of a small peninsula – its authors, people and stories. On the occasion of World Audiovisual Heritage Day, we invite you to the first Istrian Film Marathon “Film from Morning to Tomorrow”, a unique opportunity to get to know the wealth of filmmaking by Istrian authors, films shot in Istria and those whose plot is set on our peninsula. Feature, documentary, animated and experimental films, music videos, short and feature titles await you. From comedies and dramas to thrillers, horror and other genres. Many of these films travel to festivals in Croatia and the world, but rarely have the opportunity to be shown to the domestic audience. In their stories, you may recognize familiar places, people, events, and even yourself, because film is also part of the community experience!
