150 Years of Railway in Pula – Costumed Walk

To mark the 150th anniversary of the arrival of the first train in Pula, members of the costumed group "Krojač Stari grad" will join the celebration with a special costumed walk through the city. Dressed in historical costumes inspired by the fashion of the second half of the 19th century, participants will set off from the Golden Gate (Arch of the Sergii) towards Pula Railway Station, where their arrival will add to the festive welcome of the train arriving at 6:10 PM from Vienna, marking this major anniversary of the Pula railway. The costumed walk will symbolically connect today's Pula with the city from the era of the first railway journeys. Citizens and visitors are invited to meet the costumed group along the way from the Golden Gate to the station, take photos, and together mark 150 years of railway in Pula.
