The Summer Night Fair "With Sausage in EU" returns with an even richer program! Join us on July 17–18 in Sveti Petar u Šumi — two days filled with tradition, exceptional flavors, entertainment and unique experiences for all generations. Taste the finest traditional Istrian cured meat products and wines, discover the secrets of Istrian sausage through engaging workshops and competitions, enjoy a lively atmosphere and rich local gastronomy, customs and tradition! Friday July 17 highlights: Sensory evaluation workshop, Sv. Petrus plata award, majorette performance, grand opening at 21:00. Saturday July 18 highlights: Pločkanje tournament, folk game presentations, traditional brunch, pasta-making workshops, summer sausage-stuffing championship, wine and food tasting.
