GinIstra 2026 returns to Rovinj as an unmissable festival dedicated to craft gin, top-quality distillates and the rich eno-gastro offer of Istria and the region. During the two festival days, visitors can expect tastings of domestic and foreign gins, meetings with distilleries, cocktail workshops, expert panels, educational lectures and an evening music program. The festival brings together renowned producers of craft gins and premium distillates from Croatia and abroad, and places special emphasis on quality, authenticity and connecting producers with the audience. The ticket price includes: entrance to the festival area tastings of gins and distillates from exhibitors (two vouchers) participation in panels, lectures and workshops festival glass access to the evening music program The festival program takes place on Friday and Saturday from 3 p.m., and visitors can also expect the official opening and award ceremony for the best gins of the festival.
