Autumn on a Plate – Osteria Strada

As part of the "Autumn on a Plate in Central Istria" event, Osteria Strada in Pazin prepares two menus that turn autumn ingredients into a modern gastronomic story. Menu 1 (€40): celery root cream with black truffle, leek and potato velouté, pacchere pasta with homemade sausage ragù and cheese cream, smoked Iberico pork ribs with apple glaze, traditional polenta, sheep cheese and roasted Treviso radicchio, carrot cake with mascarpone and salted caramel. Menu 2 - vegetarian (€35): celery root cream with black truffle, leek and potato velouté, porcini-filled ravioli with brown butter and sage, slow-roasted cabbage with polenta, vegetable demi-glace and Jerusalem artichoke, carrot cake with mascarpone and salted caramel. 📍 Osteria Strada, Pazin
