Valbandon Open Under the Bell

Valbandon Open ispod čripnje is a cooking competition for dishes cooked under the bell (peka) – the traditional Istrian and Dalmatian technique of slow-roasting meat, fish and vegetables under a cast-iron lid on embers. Teams of cooks compete to prepare the most delicious peka dish, while visitors enjoy tastings and the relaxed summer atmosphere of Valbandon.
