Istrian Pasta Festival Žminj

The Istrian Pasta Festival in Žminj celebrates the richest tradition of Istrian cuisine – homemade pastas that have formed the heart of the Istrian table for generations. Visitors can taste fuži, pljukanci, gnocchi, lasagne and other Istrian pastas prepared with truffles, game, meat sauce, prawns and local cheeses. The festival includes a pasta-making competition, tastings, music and fine drinks.
