Contact with Yourself - How to Recognize and Understand Your Inner States

The first session of a new adult workshop cycle "Outside the Box" by the Communitas Umag association. The workshops are mostly experiential, with elements of psychoeducation - through exercises, reflection, conversation and exchange, we explore ourselves, our emotions, relationships and the ways we cope with everyday challenges. Individual exercises are done privately, and shared with the group only as much as each person wants.
