Advent in the Heart of Istria in Pazin is a magical Christmas programme that throughout December adorns the centre of Istria with lights, music and the warmth of community. Pazin's advent includes a Christmas market of local products and handicrafts, concerts by klapa groups and choirs, children's performances and family programmes. The ice chasm at the centre of Pazin and the old castle make the backdrop for one of the most beautiful advents in inland Istria.
