Bicicletta Rosa Charity Bike Ride

The "Bicicletta Rosa" charity MTB ride takes place on Saturday, 19 September 2026, in Poreč's Nova Vas, aiming to raise funds for psychological support for cancer patients. Organized by the Rotonda Nova Vas-Villanova Association together with the Poreč Cycling Club and supported by the City of Poreč-Parenzo, all proceeds go to the VITA NOVA Association – Poreč branch. Registration runs from 3:00 to 3:45 PM, with the ride starting at 4:45 PM. Participants can choose a 15 km route for children and younger riders, or roughly 30 km for more experienced cyclists, while a guided recreational walk will be organized for others. Sign up via email at biciclettarosa1@gmail.com or on the day of the event. The donation fee is €5 for children and €15 for adults. Own cycling gear and helmets are required. After the sporting part, there's a get-together with a barbecue, traditional "povetica" cake, group photos and promotional items — all proceeds go to charity.
