Beauty and the Beast – Children’s Play (Izola)

Beauty and the Beast is a fairy tale for young and old children, which talks about the fact that appearances are far from everything. How important it is not to judge a book by its cover and that true love overcomes even the greatest spell, is shown by a truly fairy tale story. The performance lasts 40 minutes and is suitable for children from 4 years of age. A word from the director: This year's fairy tale Beauty and the Beast spoke to me for several reasons. The first and most important of them is definitely the concept of beauty in today's world. I think it is very important to speak to a younger audience about what beauty really is. How we find it and recognize it within, so that we don't have to look for it outside, which is much more difficult than ever before today, in the time and space that surrounds us. That is why it is all the more important and necessary to talk about it and encourage the recognition of genuine beauty within each individual. Therefore, dear children, believe that you are all truly beautiful, never forget this and spread this beauty that you carry within you around you, over and over again. The performance will take place on Saturday, April 3, 2027 at 5:00 PM at the Izola Cultural Center. The ticket price for the performance is €7.
